Sales Associate 

Customer Experience**

Position Overview**

Customer Service / Social Media  

We are currently seeking a customer service and social media representative that is fully responsible for being the voice of 380 Fashion through Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and all other social media platforms. This position is responsible for leading and implementing outreach campaigns that strictly adhere to our company ethics and best practices. You will also be responsible for overseeing unique marketing strategies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to rapidly increase brand awareness. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide day-to-day supervision and execution of brand campaigns, including (and not limited to) social media channels, market/competitive research, content creation, product positioning, digital public relations, promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, online events, etc. 
  • Strong customer service skills, and the ability to work professionally in person and online. Communicating well with others, including your marketing team to ensure all campaigns are on plan, on time, and most importantly on target. 
  • Day-to-day (100% CONSISTENCY) through multiple networks at once. 
  • Generate, edit, and publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that encourages engagement and growth.
  • Responsible for market planning by creating and maintaining an editorial campaign calendar and day-to-day schedule to align with business goals. 
  • Utilizing customer feedback to solve reputation issues.
  • Play an active role in listening and monitoring social conversations, conduct regular research by collecting and analyzing data, and creating solutions that will enhance our reputation in our audiences’ eyes.

Required Skills:

  • Fluent in all social environments (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
  • Fluent with social media software tools including but not limited to: Google analytics, social media posting, monitoring, scheduling, and reporting platforms.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task & prioritize assignments.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills and excellent proficiency in grammar and punctuation.
  • Generate ongoing unique ideas and think creatively to build social media following and engagement.
  • Fluent knowledge and experience in working with the following: Adobe Photoshop, Video Editing, Photo Editing, Photography, Graphic Designing, etc.
  • Fluent with marketing tools including but not limited to: Facebook ads, Google Adwords, SEO, Keyword/phrase optimization, keyword research, etc.
